Employer Access Fees & Terms of Service

How Our Sourcing Process Works:

  • The Employer/Client is contacted to define position's parameters
  • Construction Estimators Access (CEA) begins Sourcing as soon as the parameters are defined by searching our own Database. Then if needed, we Resume Mine and Troll relative resources
  • Matching Estimators are contacted for indications of interest
    • We send private apply links to prescreened Estimators individually
  • Prospects are then called and fully screened to confirm they are a match for each job's defined parameters
  • Qualified Candidate profiles are sent to the Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary for Formal Interviews & Background Checks
  • The Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary then chooses to Make an Offer or Reject
  • The Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary notifies CEA of the Estimators’ start date or rejection

* No Parking Fee: Employers can park Pending Job Positions free of charge. This is a good way to stay ahead of recruiting needs. However, CEA does not source Pending Positions. Once the Employer is ready for CEA to start sourcing, they can activate the position by sending a $1000 Retainer.

Full Time Employment Position Fees:

  • A Retainer of $1000 will be paid to CEA by the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary to initiate each position to be sourced
    • Each Retainer Fee will be active for six (6) months or until the designated Estimator Hire is achieved whichever comes first.
  • Employment Fee of $3000 per hire: The Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agrees to pay CEA the listed Employment Fee invoiced after the start date for each hire
    • If an Estimator is hired and then terminated during the six (6) months’ time frame, CEA will make every effort to replace the Terminated Hire.
    • If an Estimator Hire is already in the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary’s candidate pipeline but has not been formally Offered a position the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agrees to pay all the CEA Fees for the respective Estimator hire
  • Retention Bonus of $5000: The Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agrees to pay CEA the listed Retention Bonus after five months starting from each Estimator Hire’s date of employment

Freelance, Contracted, or 1099 Position Fees:

  • A Retainer of $1000 will be paid to CEA by the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary to initiate each position to be sourced.
    • Each Retainer Fee will be active for six (6) months or until the designated Estimator Assignment is achieved whichever comes first
    • Positions will have a designated term of service agreed to by both the Estimator and the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary
  • Assignment Fee: None
    • If an Estimator Assignment is terminated during the agreed time frame, CEA will make every effort to replace the Terminated Hire
    • Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary can Park Assignments for future needs at no cost... However, no sourcing will be initiated by CEA until a Retainer is received
    • If the Estimator for Assignment is already in the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary’s candidate pipeline but has not been formally Offered a position, the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agrees to pay all the CEA Fees for the respective Estimator assignment
  • Renewal Fee of $1000: The Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agrees to pay CEA the listed Renewal Fee for each new assignment term they request when the assigned Estimators agree to the new assignment
  • Retention Bonus of $12,000: If any Contract/1099 assigned Estimators become a permanent hire by the Employer/Client or any of its subsidiaries, the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary agree to pay CEA the listed Retention Bonus after five (5) months from the Estimator’s date of employment

Fee Notes & Disclaimers:

CEA cannot and does not guarantee any Estimators will be hired when using our services!

Any Estimator hired by a Employer/Client or any of its subsidiaries will “not” be sourced by CEA in the future without the Employer/Client or its designated subsidiary’s prior written permission.

Terminations: If an Estimator’s employment is terminated by an Employer/Client or any of its subsidiaries for any reason CEA will immediately have the right to help that Estimator find another position.

Candidates are "NOT" exclusive to one Employer/Client – all other Employers/Clients are free to make offers.

*   Retainers will increase to $2000 beginning in 2027

There are NO FEEs for Estimators to use this service!

ALL Fees are due on receipt of each respective invoice and no fee is refundable.
