How Our Sourcing Process Works:
- To begin, the Employer/Client is contacted to define each position's parameters
- Construction Estimators Access (CEA) begins sourcing as soon as the parameters are defined by searching our own Talent Pools & Database. Then if needed, we Resume Mine and Troll our Select Resources
- Matching Estimators are contacted for indications of interest
- Prospects are then called and fully screened to confirm they are a match for each job's defined parameters
- Qualified Candidate profiles are sent to the Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary for Formal Interviews & Background Checks
- The Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary then chooses to Make an Offer or Pass
- The Employer/Client or their designated subsidiary notifies CEA of the Estimators’ start date if applicable
